Toro is a Cedros local that was born and raised on the island.  He has fished ever since he could remember.  We first met Toro when he was a teenager and even at that age he was quite the small business entrepreneur. He has worked as a boat captain for other outfitters on the island and is considered one of the best to go fishing in Cedros.  He finally decided to open a lodge of his own named 

The Oceanview Lodge.
